The website is redesigned in such a way that makes it easier for staff to get to places easier. More visual elements are added to spice up the experience.
High fidelity front-end design prototypes through multiple iterations, based on customer insights, focus group workshops and user testing were utilised. Partnership with Accenture, which is the developer team providing ServiceNow solutions was engaged
